WANTED: Superheroes (Veterinary Technicians, if You Prefer)
Wanted: Superheroes (Veterinary Technicians, if you prefer) to help us in our ongoing quest to rid the world of dastardly illnesses and monstrous diseases. Put on your superhero capes and equipment to aid us in our quest to eradicate symptomatic treatments and non-evidence-based medicine.
We plan to do this by finding the best superheroes and sidekicks the field has to offer and supporting them with the right tools and skills. We also have fun when we're chillin as our alter egos (work-life balance). Did we mention that compensation is also pretty damn good? To help equip you with a sweet superhero vehicle and cave that'll make Batman jealous, a sign-on bonus is available ($1,000–$2,500 based on candidacy).

Your Superpowers Should Include:
Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT)
Proficiency in patient monitoring, IV catheter placement, venipuncture, and anesthesia support
Ability to perform and process in-house diagnostics: bloodwork, urinalysis, cytology, radiographs
Fear-free or low-stress handling skills are a plus (we treat our patients like the heroes they are)
Strong communication skills with doctors, with clients, and with each other
A commitment to evidence-based care and continuous learning
The Mission (What You'll Actually Do):
Provide skilled technical support during exams, procedures, and surgeries
Monitor anesthesia and manage patient recovery (you're the guardian in the OR)
Educate and support pet owners with clarity, empathy, and confidence
Work closely with our DVM team to deliver exceptional, compassionate care
Help mentor veterinary assistants as they grow their skills
