WANTED: Frontline Hero (Veterinarian)
The villains of the animal world: disease, pain, and mystery illness, they never sleep. Neither do we (okay, we do, because work-life balance is part of the deal, but you get it). Animal Wellness Center is on the hunt for a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to join our squad of elite healers across Southeast Wisconsin.
You won't just be treating patients here. You'll be leading the charge against the forces of non-evidence-based medicine, wielding the power of the latest diagnostics, and building relationships with the pet families who trust us with their most loyal companions. This is medicine done right, with the tools, the team, and the philosophy to back you up.

Your Superpowers Should Include:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution
Active Wisconsin veterinary license, or the ability to obtain one before your first day
DEA license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Experience in small animal general practice; fear-free or low-stress handling certification is a major plus
Ability to perform routine and advanced procedures including surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics
Strong communicator with clients, with your team, and with the pets who definitely understand you
A genuine belief in evidence-based medicine and continuous learning
The Mission (What You'll Actually Do):
Examine, diagnose, and treat animals with the full support of our experienced tech team
Perform surgical and dental procedures with in-house equipment that'd make any hero envious
Collaborate with your fellow heroes on complex cases (we don't do lone wolves here)
Mentor and support veterinary technicians and assistants in their ongoing growth
Build lasting relationships with clients through education, empathy, and excellent communication
